All vinyl is sold as-is. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, sorry. Media is too easily duplicated for us to be able to offer any other policy. Please carefully read our grading standards before buying:

Condition is a subjective thing.. We use a modified version of the Goldmine grading standard. It is modified because we are unable to play every vintage vinyl listing. Our system is based on a conversative visual inspection as follows:

Mint (M): Absolutely perfect in every way, we would only use this grade with a sealed item

Near Mint (NM): No obvious signs of play/wear.

VG+: Some signs of play, possibly some slight scuffs or very light scratches.

VG: Signs of play, possible surface noise upon play, light scratches.

Good/Poor/Fair: Buyer Beware! Should play fine without skipping but has surface noise, scratches and/or visible groove wear.

Label and sleeve condition is noted within the item description. Label scans are for detail only, we do not have a high detail scanner, show image often shows worse than item actually is - we do not GRADE labels or sleeves but describe their condition to the naked eye

We do not list poor/fair condition vinyl unless very rare or highly collectible

We do not know how the purchased item will sound when played by the buyer. We can only make reasonable inference on the record's condition based on its visual appearance. Buyers should be cautioned that every purchase carries a risk that the item will underperform, or play worse than its visual grade may indicate. In addition, play-grading standards are utterly subjective: one buyers light, tolerable surface noise is another buyers unbearable, degrading clatter.

Buyers who have any doubts that our grading is up to their standards should seek clarification from us before purchasing.
